Document Delivery

The Ingenta document delivery service is a commercial library of journal articles for quick delivery via fax machine. Its database, to which you can connect from the link below, contains tables of contents from more than 20,000 journals with coverage for most titles going back to the late 1980s. Using your credit card, you can order articles online and have them sent, usually within 24 hours, to any fax machine you identify.

As part of a Serials Redesign Project, the library's Interlibrary Loan (ILL) office, when processing ILL forms, automatically purchases articles from Ingenta and other commercial vendors when they are requested from any journals cancelled after Jan. 1, 1996.
